How do you know it isn't the aliens selling the drugs in the first place?

Because some of the laundered CIA drug money was used to finance EBE
projects. In fact a large part of our economy is propped up by drug sale
money.  Drug sale money is not being taxed and is one of the reasons there
is an inequitable distribution of the world's wealth.

The 'vested snake' to me means greed and the need to have more than one
needs -- and indoing so one destroys what they seek to acquire.  To wit the
CIA and drug sale money financing Mars missions.
