1. Name one independent scientist not employed by or under contract by
NASA
who has been invited by NASA to scientifically peer review the raw Mars
data.
The body responsible is the General Accounting Office, which has high
credibility with most UFO believers, since it instigated an independant
review of the Roswell case.

"All NASA research, including research resulting from unsolicited
proposals,
is subject to peer review, and peer review is conducted primarily to
award
funds on the basis of scientific merit."
Translation: Awarded by NASA contract. Dorry doesn't meet the criteria
for
independent sientific review.
Did you even look at the site I linked to? Almost all of NASA's research
results are carefully scrutinised by the scientific community, and the
findings are not always in NASA's favour. See here: http://tinyurl.com/2xywd
for a highly critical report on NASA's ISS microgravity experiments by a
very eminent commitee of the American Society for Cell Biology, chaired by
former ASCB President, Donald Brown, of the Carnegie Institution of
Washington, and including Ursula Goodenough of Washington University, Steven
Harrison of Harvard University, Anthony Mahowald of the University of
Chicago, Elliot Meyerowitz of California Institute of Technology,
Christopher Somerville of Stanford University and the Carnegie Institution,
and Andrew Staehelin of the University of Colorado.
They sure sound like independent scientists to me...
