Well, it could be like dreams.

eg.

98% of my dreams are ok.
Even if I've studied horror at http://rotten.com

But the 2% that are sort of like nightmares,
mostly include things I've done in the past.
Like not having any money,
and running around in the dream all night trying to borrow $20 of
someone.

Then wake up in the morning tired,
wishing I'd never done that in the past,
and should have just done the right thing and got a job cleaning
floors with a good mop, making everyone happy.
