LOL, I guess so......hehe. I doubt if that was the actual insinuation behind angel's reply. I think it was supposedly how the 'aliens' communicate through 'cosmic conciousness'. But then WE are communicating over the internet.....so I guess angel should have been more specific as to the meaning of the reply.  Hmmm, maybe telephones, cell phones and even television could be included........oh yeah.....snail mail too.
