Ask the Planetary Data System node responsible for archiving the Mars
imaging data (CCD images aren't what I would call "photographs"). I
know that the Small Bodies Node can name the peer reviewers for the
data sets they handle (like NEAR's). Mars belongs to another node,
maybe the Imaging Node.
