Given that the existence for extraterrestrials has already been proven to
governments world around more than 30 years ago and the subsequent silence
and lack of leadership in the matter is indicative that the news they had

deliver to the populace was not good news.  If it was good news, this
newsgroups would not exist in its current form of total government
controlled discord.  The problem is not the presence of extraterrestrials

the lack of knowledge or information of them.  The problem is human

beings!
