Pineapple Salsa

20 oz pineapple, drained
1 small red bell pepper, seeded
2 tablespoon red onion
1  jalapeno pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon cilantro, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In medium serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill until
ready to serve.

Yield: 1 servings
