The only sauce I'm really fond of is hickory barbecue.

I do not drink alcohol, I do not take drugs, my psychologist says I'm in
great mental shape except I have PTSD, but it is manageable.  My medical
doctor said, well, that I will never get better and will likely get worse
(and I am) and that I should avoid stress, standing more than an hour at a
time and it would be not possible for me to work full time, if at all.
