  This is not going to happen any time soon. The steps
to prevent this from happening were very neatly put
in place shortly after WW2. 

   It started in 1947 with the creation of the National
Security Act, which gave rise to the CIA, National
Security Council, and the National Military Establishment
This Act was further modified in 1949. However, it was
quickly realized that these agencies were legally (by law)
obliged to report to the body of government that created
it, namely Congress. 

  Which is why in 1952, the National Security Agency was
created via Presidential Directive. This agency (by law) 
is required to report to "No One" period. This created
the security (i.e. knowledge buffer) between elected 
individuals, and the most secretive security agency on the 
planet. 

  The government proper, i.e. our elected officials, do not have
_ANY_ knowledge of the purely man made UFO development,
testing, physics, technology, etc. 

  Notice the correlation between the dates above and the dates
of Project Sign (1947), which was renamed to Project Grudge
(1949), then renamed to Project Blue Book (1952). 

  Also in 1952 was the creation of U.S. Patent Law Title 35,
Part II, Chapter 17, Sections 181-188. 

  Also in 1952 is when the first dishonorable state UFO
debunkers came into play, the dishonorable Donald
Menzel to name one. 

  Also in 1952 was the first "System Test" to test the 
reporting up through the _NEW_ chain of command 
via the "UFO's Over Washington".

   The human UFO technology cannot be admitted to now
for many reasons. Heinous crimes (abduction of U.S. 
citizens), toxic exposures, and the most important to
security geeks "classified physics".

�or they are in terribly big trouble for wasting so
much of  our money.


  The NSA has been sucking up trillions and trillions
of government and private dollars since their inception,
they are absolutley free of any "trouble" you, I, or the
government could give them. They are in fact the 
highest law of the land, and totally untouchable. 

  Starting with the Roswell Gig, the masses and public 
have been chasing good ole Mr. ET, the perfect
fictitious unattainable scapegoat. And for the most 
part the only other mindset has been the dishonorable 
UFO debunkers total and complete DENIAL of the 
mere existence of these crafts. 

  So you see, these crafts existence, and there uses and 
abuses have been and will continue to be out side the
realm of knowledge of the public and our own 
government.
