Wrong. The perfect conspiracy operates in plain sight by first joining
with its target and then acting in such a way to discredit its target,
the only real witness to its activities: CoIntelPro.
True. but the cointell folks are banking on the rest of the populace being
stupid, and they aren't.
And if intimidation, defamation and so forth don't work with the cointell
operatives, then they'll try to psychologically manipulate.
