You've never been serious in your entire life.

The sooner people get over their silly fobias about aliens, the sooner
we can go out there and start exploring the universe.

That wouldn't be something the power elite would like, you see, because a
space faring species no longer needs money.

The burning of fossil fuels has caused a massive depletion in the ozone
layer.  The ozone layer protects all life on this planet from UV radiation.
With the dramatic decrease in ozone everyone's immune system is being
suppressed because of that more and more viruses will become trans-species,
like HIV.

If pollution from oil doesn't kill everyone, disease will -- for sure!
