took full responsibility for proliferating nuclear weapons to Iran,

That sort of news can bring UFO kook's heads out of the clouds and
back down to Earth.

It seems mysterious that North Korea or Iran or China or Pakistan or
some other country hasn't built 100's of nuclear weapons underground
and then fired them all off like fireworks to praise Allah or one of
the other hundreds of gods or prove that Kim Jong-il will die with his
last words proclaiming he 'was the one', etc, or whatever.

And so many Doctors and Kooks and 'wanna be agents' are telling
stories about Venus these days.

In a Sci/Fi scenario did Venus folks have wars and destroy their
planet's atmosphere in the past ?
