Soviet Army Fought UFOs

Soviet military encountered many UFOs, and established at the end of
the
 60s a
secret laboratory for researching flying objects in the USSR. Among
the
laboratory,s tasks was researching anti-gravitation, but the research
 results
were kept secret.

In 1947. Antiaircraft guns of Transcaucasian Military District fired
on a
 flying
cigar-shaped object which came from the Turkish border. The object's
 flying
altitude was below 4,000 meters,

No AAA that I know of can hit anything anywhere near that
altitude. No _gun_ that I can think of, then or now.

they'd be within range of any WW2 era German Flak gun of 3cm or larger
caliber. Of course, the poaster is still a k00k.

Do you know how far up four thousand meters is? I'll tell
you right now that a thirty milimeter wouldn't come close.
Hell, an eighty-eight had _way_ more effective range and
it could barely hit anything at that altitude. 30mm is classified
as light AA and, as such, is used against low altitude targets,
then as now.
