My immediate first impression when I saw him was that he lived
on Mars once and the leader of the people there and they were
Catholics.
That is all I know.

One last thing... Why I think the earth is so unique, and why it is so
diversified in beliefs and cultures, is largely because Rama is said to have
taken on a human form on earth. That is an incarnation of the Supreme.

That is to say that lord king high God of the universe once was a man
here on earth for a time. That would attract people from all over
the unverse, just to see what it might be about, or why he might
have chosen here, or any of those things.

Ordinarily, a planet has one culture and usually one religion.
Although they may be part of the larger federation.

And some day, this planet will probably meld into one culture
and one religion or philosophy if you prefer a less threatenening term,
because all religion ever was, was a form of philosophy.

But if people from all over the universe keep coming here, like
it is a tourist attraction, and even crashing here and all that,
then it may continue to be a melting pot of sorts, well
into the future.
