The problem is the way earth is being run -- by the rich and powerful who
don't care about the rest of the population on this planet, nor do they care
about the other life out in the universe.

They have been stopped -- warned, if you will.  They can not proceed further
without change, complete change, and relinquishing their power on this
planet.  If not, they will die.  They can not escape earth or reaping what
they have sown.  And they are fully aware that the aliens despise them.
