Should we include those who knew about the Pearl Harbor attack before it happened, or how about the so-called "patriots" that help Nichols and McVeigh but suppling fuel and fertilizer, help provide the truck, and how about the Columbine killings.

It's the slippery slope issue.  Where do you stop?
