Presumably you mean neutralized.  If so, then no, the fascists in the US
government not only have the world's largest arsenal of nuclear weapons, but
have control of them.  They could easily start a nuclear war, and have in
fact threatened to do so if whistle blowers attempt to expose them.

I look at it this way, it is better to die than to live in a fascist world.
