The baby in the video appears to possibly be a victim of a horrible disease
Harlequin Icthyosis, known more commonly as Harlequin fetus.  This
particular baby actually appears to have a milder than average case of it,
as horrific as it seems.  Usually the babies die within a few hours of birth
if they are not stillborn.  You can do a search of it on the internet, but
be warned, this thing is one of the five most messed up things I've ever
seen in my 8.5 years in the internet.
