  You have obviously no experience with ball lightning...and niether do 
many scientists who try to study it.  It is such a rare phenomina there are 
only a few video clips of it in existence.  I have seen it, and i'm telling 
you it is intelligent.  As far as showing up on radar, I don't know enough 
about radar to explain it... but it doesn't seem unplausable.
