Now, if there were a project to produce cattle that genetically were
different as signs then there may have been some difficulty in finding
a way to get the hair colors right.  Considering the condition of
mutilated cattle, and which parts were missing, it is consistant with
work to develop a cloning medium.  The blood is drained, and an organ
required for reproduction is typically missing from more than one
female.  If any effort is applied to keep that organ alive for the
sake of producing an embyro, then that would explain where the blood
