Not much different from a good usenet reader,
although the above link has more of a Yahoo groups feel, but with the
whole history of usenet posts searchable.
And then if people post from internet cafes, there will be no more
secrets. Or fear of telling secrets.

However, as we know, no one gives a hoot about reading it all.

For example I was talking to some dudes in a FreeLancer (space sim)
chat room.
I said "do you want to learn a little about real space".
And they said along the lines of...
