It's time.  It's time to stop pretending that it will all get better by
itself.  We need to accept responsibility for our future as a race of beings
and have respect for ourselves, and in that find respect for others and
those who call home somewhere else other than earth.

IMO if each President knows about the existence of aliens, George Bush would have decided they were godless and gone to war with them already.  And not just for their resources, either (snrk).

Besides, Jimmy carter is at least honest, and he probably would have said something.
