Dan Burische is talking about them, even Phill Schneider says he has had
contact and communication with an ebe  possible a J-Rod because nobody could
communicate with it and Phill managed to communicate.. even he hadn't the
proper security clearance to do it...  he was there at the base at that time
for something else .. but they asked him to com. with the alien...
