     Selamat Jarin! We return, dear Hearts, with more to discuss with 
you. In past discussions, we talked about life aboard the ships of our 
fleet and emphasized how we look forward to your visiting our many 
motherships and the other craft that comprise our fleet. The multitude 
of ships assigned to your skies are insuring that no major terrorist 
disaster be allowed ever again to disrupt your rise in consciousness. 
This pledge forms part of our ever changing first contact mission. On 
board our main command mothership and at our Mars station, we receive a 
steady stream of intelligence reports from our numerous ambassadorial 
and liaison teams and from our 'on world' observers who are placed 
within your many global societies. These sources inform us that our 
efforts are preventing your last cabal from fomenting their plans for a 
rising chaos on your world. In addition, many of their previous schemes 
have been derailed by us, while others have foundered without our 
intercession, due to mismanagement and inefficiency on the part of 
their assigned operatives. 

     Our intelligence network includes all personnel working in any 
capacity on your planet. This is resulting in extensive data banks 
which include profiles of all those who make up the various elements of 
your last dark cabal. We have also prepared an index of your global 
populace to enable us to assess how quickly you are awakening. Over a 
quarter of your world's populations is now aware of the changes 
happening in and around them to a greater or lesser extent, while the 
rest still believe the fictions and obfuscations promulgated by the 
main media and many professional associations. This conspiracy to keep 
you in the dark is beginning to break down because those who are 
awakening increase every day. This awakening process is enlivened by 
the many new organizations born each day that provide the public with 
alternate sources of information. The internet with its growing 
influence on your daily lives also serves this complex awakening 
procedure by providing you with a number of possibilities to choose 
from. 

     Our surveillance of your world permits us to observe how each 
nuance of your many different cultures affects the others. We can also 
chart how your swiftly intermeshing global culture is being influenced 
by your many regional and national subcultures. This melting process 
has a natural momentum which is only temporarily suspended by apparent 
strife. Within the wider framework, you are coming together and forging 
a global multi-culture. One common bond is the various opinions you 
hold about off-worlders. Despite the energetic attempts of your mass 
media to discredit and demonize us, a substantial minority of your 
population holds positive beliefs about us. These numbers in our favor 
increase every year. Those that believe in our benevolence also believe 
in Angels and their beneficent intercession in your affairs. This 
rising belief in Spirit and positive off-worlders is creating the 
common ground that is forging links between many diverse groups. It 
also provides a framework within which many can now explain the 
exciting changes taking place upon your world. 

     This great shift in consciousness is the driving force behind the 
factors which are bringing you all together. Our technology fascinates 
your scientists. Our many 'messages' have helped you to see how the 
spiritual revolution on your world is preparing you for your 
approaching shift in consciousness. The new spiritual momentum, the 
positive messages from space and our more frequent appearance in your 
skies are creating a paradigm shift that is altering your self-
perception and your understanding of your role in the Universe. Here, 
it becomes necessary to end the speculation about 'multi-verses': there 
is only one main universe and an almost infinite number of associated 
'realities'. At this moment, your primary reality is in a state of 
flux. This flux produced a harsh reaction by the remaining dark 
elements that long controlled your world. This backlash has led to the 
present situation, but this is only temporary. As we speak, actions are 
underway that will end this nightmare and reveal to you the truth. 

     As your new paradigm comes together, it becomes necessary to 
introduce you to the concepts and ideas shared by Heaven and by us. To 
effect this, we propose to increase our 'visitation' program in which 
we bring you aboard our craft during your nightly sleep state. This 
dream state interaction can produce a living, vivid dream in which we 
can show you around our ships and introduce you to our amazing 
technology. You can interact with us, ask questions and discuss many 
different topics with us. Our intention is to help you better 
comprehend what your future truly holds for you. This program has until 
recently been limited to those of you who have been truly accepting of 
us and lack a great fear about visiting us. We would now like to expand 
it to those more uncertain ones among you. 

     This gentle introduction can in due time lead to direct physical 
visitations, but this can only take place once a lot more of you feel 
comfortable with us or else when first contact is formally announced. 
This expanded program will have nothing in common with the abduction 
scenario that resulted from the alliance between elements of the former 
dark Draconian Empire and your secret governments. It will be based on 
a mutual consent that will be reached only after many preliminary 
procedures are closely followed. The intention is to create an 
enjoyable, informative experience for you in which you can get to know 
us and what we represent. We wish to alter your fear into passion and 
joy! 

     We intend to use this expanded program to publicize our presence 
and the fact of our benevolence. This can lead to landings that can be 
announced via our communications technology on worldwide television and 
radio. If your governments remain unfriendly, we can neutralize any 
aggressive interference on the part of their armed forces. This 
potential scenario, however, is likely to be overtaken quite suddenly 
by the expected quiet revolution that is so close to happening. In this 
case, our massive, worldwide first contact scenario would come into 
effect. As you can see, it is necessary for us to have a number of 
possible alternatives up our sleeve, all of which are aimed at a 
successful first contact. This, in turn, is an integral part of moving 
you toward your new reality. 

     Much is occurring on your world that is unknown to most of you, 
but that is bringing this quiet revolution to fruition. Its momentum is 
subject to its own divine timetable. Our purpose is to see that this 
magnificent series of events takes place. We now feel that any positive 
action toward first contact can help overcome any possible 
difficulties. We have therefore informed our Earth allies about the 
contents of this message. We have also explained these scenarios to 
your Ascended Masters. We have accordingly been given the go-ahead to 
develop and manifest our alternative scenarios. Thus we intend to start 
these expanded programs very shortly. We are enormously enthused by the 
wondrous potential they can bring to achieving first contact. Remember, 
Together, we are Victorious! 

     Today, we have described some of the conditions that are bringing 
you all together. We also brought to your attention and updated a more 
proactive version of an old program for first contact. It is our 
intention to hasten the achieving of your first contact. Much Love to 
you all! The moment for first contact rapidly approaches! We now take

perpetual Supply and infinite Abundance of Heaven is indeed Yours!
