"MILABS: Military Mind Control and Alien Abduction" is a book by Dr.
Helmut Lammer, to be published in the United States by Illuminet Press in
April/May 1999, which details evidence that some "alien abductions" may be
conducted by military personnel.

phenomenon, think again," Lammer says. "After reading MILABS, you will
discover that there are much more sinister aspects involved."

Lammer said in a recent statement that he
has found more and more alleged alien abductees who also claim to have been
harrassed by covert military agencies. Some of them, such as Katharina Wilson,
Leah Haley, Melinda Leslie, and Dr. Karla Turner, reportedly experienced
traumatic flashbacks and recall kidnappings by unknown military personnel.
Until now, Lammer says, such cases were only reported in books and journals
written by these abductees, while being ignored by most of the well-known
abduction researchers.

MILABS will be the first book to document in detail the evidence that
covert human military agencies are involved in the alien abduction mystery,
Lammer says.

The book reviews former top secret U.S. mind-control projects such as
ARTICHOKE and MKULTRA, and compares the experiences of mind-control victims
and MILAB abductees, that is, alleged alien abductees who claim that they were
also kidnapped, examined, interrogated, and sometimes implanted with tiny
foreign objects by human military personnel, men in white lab coats or men in
business suits.

The book theorizes on the possible purpose of MILABS and also addresses
such topics as the activity of dark unmarked helicopters in connection with
alien abductions; alleged kidnappings of alien abductees by covert
military/intelligence personnel; possible genetic aspect of MILABS; creating
an "imaginary alien abductee"; and terrestrial implants and their application
to MILABS and future warfare.
