I am writing to relate experiences I have had since 1995 relating to the
possible abuse of alien technology on the citizens of the United States.  I
lived in Phoenix, AZ when this all started and my life has been under some sort
of control through telepathic communication ever since.  I went in for
blood tests in late 1994 due to toxic air in the building where I worked
in downtown Phoenix.  About a week or so after this procedure was done I
started having people (or lifeforms that looked like humans) following
me around.  They would often wait for me at my destinations, follow me
and make comments out loud to me directly.  Some comments included "He
better be careful or we'll make his worst fears happen for him" and
"Some of them pick up on it sooner than others" and "We're going to have
to neutralize him."  More recently here in my home state of Montana, I
have encountered lifeforms that appear human yet made comments such as
"They're just ignorant cows.  They never know when it's happening."
These comments were directed at me immediately following a telepathic
communication that urged me to go break the law and do self-destructive
things.  I interpreted this comment to mean:

1) Humans aren't as intelligent
2) We don't know when they are using telepathic control over our thoughts
and emotions (Oh yes we do !)
3) They couldn't care less what they do to us when we don't conform to
their forced hybridization.

When I reacted to this communication and sent telepathic communication
back with the message that I was quite aware of their hybridization and
mind control capabilities.  These lifeforms, who appeared human,
immediately looked at me at the same time as if they had collective
consciousness (there were two female and one male) and then they fled
the area.  There is an older movie available out that reflects this sort
of situation.  I came across this film by John Carpenter called "They
Live" during my research.  It relates the existence of an alien lifeform
with the ability to appear human and walk among us without our senses
being able to detect their presence.  The movie showed the "Human Power
Elite" which controlled the world and how they had an information
exchange going on with these aliens, who appeared human and were freely
breeding with unaware citizens around the globe.  In addition, the
"alien slaves" or those who helped the alien agenda advance secretly
were rewarded with drugs, money and status in the community.  Everyone
else was reduced to powerless, penniless slaves.

This type of thing continues in my life today.  I have done extensive
research into psychological warfare and found out about RNM or Remote
Neural Monitoring which incorporates the use of supercomputers to create
"brain to brain" links and "brain to computer links."  These links can
create dreams, visions, sounds and a host of other thoughts and ideas in
the intended victim.  

I have also learned through research that alien lifeforms such 
as the Zeta Greys and Zeta Reticuli often use this same
type of telepathic communication to control humans.  Other research I
have done indicates that microchips are available that are 200 times
smaller than a human hair and are being injected into unaware citizens.
Sematech in Austin, TX developed a chip in 1994 and others such as
Motorola and Intel have extensive data on nanotechnology chips/computers
which fit onto the head of a needle.  Whether this situation is the
result of the Nazis in Antarctica from their underground facilities
there or religious radicals here in the US or real Zeta Reticuli/Greys
among us remains to be proven.  I have noticed that I can communicate to
others in most any community I go to.  These individuals appear to
possibly have the same sort of microchip implant on their eardrums
allowing them to hear my voice and even pick up on my thoughts.  If I
listen to loud music, people throughout the community react to it and
can hear this!  Some sort of neutralization has been put into effect in
my direction due to my ability to sense another presence or pick up on a
sort of artificial surveillance system in use on the masses by our Nazi
oriented government.

As I am typing this message, people (or aliens ?) in my neighborhood are
reacting to it.  I have military personnel all around me as we have a
military base about a mile from my home.  I believe I am watched around
the clock and there is some sort of deliberate effort to ruin my
psychological state and financial state to silence my knowledge of this
alien/human hybridization.  I feel that there are neighbors who are part
of the NSA, Air Force Intelligence and other groups who are trying to
keep a lid on this hybridization.  Apparently there is an exchange of
human semen and eggs for alien technology allowing MJ-12 and world
elitists to gain even more powerful technology to rule the planet.

I am being continually blacklisted from employment and receive
telepathic communication that I believe comes from many sources
including the Air Force, NSA (National Security Agency) and Nazi Bases.
I often hear a soft tone in one or both ears before the communication
which is often threatening and vulgar.  I live in an area of the country
called the Aryan Kingdom of the Northwest where people are being
bankrupt deliberately and their homes taken while they are run out of
the area.

These questions still remain in my mind:

1) Is this situation an effort on the part of our government to determine who
is alien and who is human?

2) Am I being targeted my Air Force/MJ-12/Bilderberger World Leaders
because I am getting too close to the truth ?  Did they implant a select
group of children back in the early 1960s with microchips on their
eardrums or in their sinuses as children?

3) Is this an effort by the Zeta Reticuli or Zeta Greys to force me to
hybridize with them?

4) Am I simply the target of religious radicals such as the Christian
Coalition or Aryan Nation trying to perform genocide on the masses with
psychological warfare technology?

I suspect the answer is a combination of all four questions.  I hope
this information is helpful to others out there who are experiencing the
same persecution.
