The ET's, if they are here, have not given us ANY indication
that they want us to "plead, beg, and prostrate ourselves to
their extraterrestrial authority".

"Net Nannies" blathered...
You're right, and they have absolutely no concern that we're
becoming
extinct, except from a scientific POV.

Oh, sort of like the Star Trek "non-interference prime directive"?

They gave you the saucer at Groom and said basically.
Here's the way to save yourselves-- it you can take it.

Can't you keep your stories straight? First, the story was a crash at
Roswell that left remnants of shiny metal foil scattered about, then
it was a wrechked saucer with alien bodies, then it became an intact
saucer that crashed and aliens taken prisoner. Now you are saying the
aliens just gave it to us? By crashing it?

Where the word 'take' means 'stand'.

Then why didn't they use the word 'stand'? Mis-using words just lead
to confusion.

And the fact of the matter is, human being (males) don't have
the balls to desire extraterrestrial technology

You must not have "balls" yourself, as you clearly don't understand
the human male desires to possess and use technology of all types!

our fearless leaders couldn't stand
not feeling as if they're in control.
The technology would totally free the world of disease, death,
hunger or want -- and of course control over others.

You've just contradicted yourself yet again. If this "technology"
would give them "control over others" and they "couldn't stand not
feeling as if they were in control", of course they would want to use
it. Also, our "fearless leaders" are vulnerable to disease, death,
hunger and want - again, they would want to use it. So, why haven't
our leaders used this alien tech? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T REALLY EXIST,
except in someone's fevered imagination.

It would also make government, military and so forth obsolete.

How could it possibly do that? Even if this (imaginary) tech somehow
could eliminate disease, death, hunger and want, there are still laws
to be enforced, programs to be organized, and malevolent villians to
be apprehended.

And that's not something human males want -- they like to blow
things up and
control stuff to feel manly.

Again you contradict yourself. You just got through saying the alien
tech could get "control over others". Besides, why wouldn't human
males want to control this alien tech? And perhaps blow things up with
alien phaser guns?
