                        GLOBAL EMERGENCY ON PLANET EARTH!

             The human race is being physically exterminated by malevolent human looking beings living amongst them and controlling all aspects of society. They control society through phony government agencies, police and law enforcement agencies, medical health care services, social welfare agencies, religious institutions which propagate false information about reality(concept of a god existing), control of food and water supplies, control and regulation of land and its resources(most humans have very little if any land and there is enough on earth for each human to have thousands of acres of land), the media which is filled with misleading propaganda and trivial nonsense, an educational system that teaches false historical information and other fallacies, as well as many other things which are too numerous to mention at this time.  They exterminate and have been exterminating human beings systematically for probably about the last century or so. There are numerous mass grave sites unknown to most humans, many of them under urban land developments. There is also just a gradual picking and killing off of  human beings by these "human looking" alien beings through so called random acts of violence, street gangs, intentional medical errors, murders by everyday citizenry  which are reported as accidental or suicides, police officers(who play a major role in this genocide) who claim justifiable homicides, as well as many other mechanisms that I don't have time to mention here.  In addition to just killing off the human race these alien humans have a horrifying agenda of altering the composition of the human soul(which is likely to be composed of particles smaller than atoms). They have already been doing this through specialized substances that alter the mass of the human soul (which was either designed by natural processes or by another extremely advanced race who are no longer here--but not by any god). The human soul(consciousess carrying vehicle)is light enough to ascend from the earth out into space when untainted.  These substances(which alter the mass of the human soul) are being released into the environment(possibly water supply) and have been released for quite a while on the planet earth. As far as I know at this time all human souls are being pulled down into the central core of the earth when the human body dies because of this "critical" increase in its mass. Also it is known that the inner parts of the earth are of extremely high temperatures(over 10,000 degrees Fahrenheit) and that particles this minute may not be disassociated or destroyed  meaning that beings inside the earth would maintain a consciousness that would be "unbelievably painful". If  I am wrong on this last point then the human soul would then be permanently destroyed upon colliding with the inner earth(vaporized).


           My name is Charles Vind  and I discovered evidence that the above things are true a little over 6 years ago in 1998. I have no way of proving it at this time so I am merely pointing out what I know and leaving it up to the reader to find his her own proof. I will however mention that I have eye witnessed extremely malevolent behavior by human looking beings. When I first discovered that there may be very serious things happening on this planet there were people being slaughtered in large numbers. There are mass graves under urban land developments across the globe and I know of one such spot in the downtown area(nicolet ave) of Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Mass Human Genocide was occurring in that area on the days of  June 16-18 of 1998. At least some of the victims were buried and burned at a ongoing construction site(for a new building)in downtown where a large pit was in the process of being dug up several weeks before that. In the late night of June 16-17 there were billowing stacks of smoke(and sparks from the fire) rising high into the air of downtown Minneapolis (I was watching a short distance away) concurrently with alot of  large trucks carrying large hauls(of dead humans) from around the metro area. I saw some this activity of  with my own eyes. Several weeks later I returned to the site and it was completely filled with rubble. Anyway I speculate that there have most certainly been many more of these sites(mass graves of humans) all over north america and indeed the whole planet. I estimate that from late 1990s to present(2004) that one half--two thirds of the human population has been exterminated and there are now more of this other malevolent human species(alien) existing on this earth than normal humans at this time. Another way of looking at the human population reduction is to use small numbers to represent the population. In 1998 the number was around 70 but by 2004 the number is around 22 or 23.  The above things I have just mentioned are possible with very little or no detection because of the advanced physical and mental capabilities of these beings along with their almost identical appearance to actual humans. These people are numerous and live all over the earth posing as humans while(covertly) conducting these horrendous operations. In other words humans are being murdered and replaced with human looking aliens and creating more human looking aliens by breeding with unsuspecting humans. These human looking aliens have a more complex brain structure , a different genetic code(dna), and a different type of soul(which may control the entities they occupy by some kind of remote mechanism). This has been going for around a century and most all humans have never been aware that they have been colonized and subjugated by a race of vicious malevolent beasts. In addition I want to point out that breeding of  these humanoid-alien beings with earth humans has been going for a long time creating human/alien hybrid(what they called refined and genetically superior humans).

       
                   A few things about the human(alien) race. They appear to be a race of humans that are at least superficially similar to regular humans but there are differences that can be noticed upon careful examination and "critical analysis". There are very faint resemblance's(undertones) of insect, reptile, and other creatures embedded within the faces of the human-alien race.  They still of course have an overall  human appearance.  This means they could be the result of careful genetic engineering with human races and exotic extraterrestrial races. They have also been on earth having children with earth humans so they have been genetically mixed with some humans as well. Second nearly all people seen on broadcast media are part of this human-alien species with exceptions being an occasional bystander on news footage or from local media of a certain area. All television personalities and actors are part of this human-alien spacies. It appears that this race or species is from another planet and probably another star system in this galaxy. There is however a possibility they are from much further away--possibly from another galaxy. They may be a result of human(convergent) evolution taking place on many planets with different outcomes and results, they could also be a hybrid race from somewhere else in the galaxy, they could have been engineered from human material and from genetic material from an alien species that is quite different from a human being, as well as host of other possibilities that I have not mentioned. This race also appears to be(through their behavior) telepathic which means they can communicate thought via radio(radiation) waves from individual to individual. This would only be possible if they have a brain structures than transit and receive em signals and this is a possibility with any complex organism. There integrations of action and phenomenal cooperation suggest that each of these individuals may also be linked by some unknown technology(mechanism) that integrates their consciousness into a coherent unit  It also appears as if though normal humans have some sort of apparatus for picking up em waves, but through use electronic devices being operated throughout the planet this ability is currently being impaired.  If you pay close attention when you are in a quiet area you may notice a very faint high pitched noise in your head. Again it is barely there and is extremely faint but you may notices at times. It is constant. Some people may notice more than others. This constant noise is what impairs you from having  the ability to receive information from others telepathically(radio or em waves through the atmosphere). This alien-human race also appears to be neurologically more efficient and superior to regular humans with very fast speed of thought and may indeed have a more complex brain structure.  The bottom line is that people who live amongst the human race and look just like them claiming to be their brothers and sisters are committing these horrendous atrocities against the human body and spirit. Also remember that the human race is being cheated out of  their natural lives and a lifestyle of peaceful and pleasant living with each other.

              About religion and history. Religion is a tool used to pacify the human race and deceive them of knowing their true origins. The arrival of the human-alien race their takeover and subjugation of humanity created a void that they filled with carefully designed  systems of false beliefs known as religions.  All religions are false and there is not even a  possibility of a god existing. The members of the human alien race walk amongst us masquerading as humans while also pretending to accept and believe religious beliefs and attitudes. This is how religion has worked so well as a tool of deception and pacification among real humans. The same thing is done to generate consensus for governments and other societal institutions. They also fabricated inaccurate and false historical information and found a way to "implant" false memories into the surviving population(after an inbound holocaust was completed to reduce the population) who was here at there arrival. Subsequent generations would just tend to believe the historical falsehoods that were passed down to them and perpetuated by print and electronic media. The truth is this race is phenomenally advanced. That is the only explanation I  really have as to what there methods or techniques were.  One guess however is that when they first got here they imprisoned the surviving population in re-education camps using drugs(and other brainwashing techniques) to make humans docile and suggestible. It is not likely in my opinion that they used any super hi tech method(like those in science fiction) to implant any memories. It is more likely they used practical methods and brute force to achieve these results. It is also in my opinion that there is probably no technology available that could just automatically or instantaneously implant false memories in human beings. This incarceration in re-education camps might have lasted for several years so as to make permanent and lasting changes in their memories. Also the electronic media of television and radio also serves to fill the void in the lives of humans and make them more passive and docile. Anyway, The bigger truth is that there is an undefinably  large volume of space that makes up the cosmos and there are many violent and horrific things that go on throughout it. The only intelligent beings who even have a chance of faring well in it are those are that are aware of this act accordingly. The bottom line is that there are no rules in the cosmos.



    One note I want to make about the soul altering substance(s) is that there may be symptoms in individuals that are tainted with it that occur transiently. These include a feeling a heaviness of the body or a pulling down feeling on the body, the sensation of a cap on or around the head, a feeling of a weighted object on or around the body, pressure or squeezing sensation on the nose, forehead, and sometimes face which is relieved by turning your head upside down(this is because it is being pulled by the force of gravity towards the earth), and a general feeling of dizziness. There may be other symptoms as well but the list I have just given should suffice for the argument at hand. The substance itself  or one  of the substances seems to have a rather pungent and unique chemical odor. I do not know what this substance is exactly(it may be something differerent)and wish I could describe it better but it hard to describe a smell of unknown agent in a such a way that it will be useful to others. To some the these substances may seem to have a strange or bizarre odor--something that not is routinely found in your daily life. The point here is that there appears to strange smelling foreign(alien) or exotic substances that are being used for some malevolent purpose on human beings.


        As far as things are at this time there is no doubt in my mind that the holocaust(genocidal activities) against the human race continues. There may be a possibility that there are near completion of their agenda and once the population of earth humans reaches a "critical  value"  they will step up there operations to complete the job. One scenario maybe a simulated global "nuclear"  crisis where people are evacuated from their homes and other places to designated death camps disguised as safe shelter areas. Another might be the arrival of the "parent" alien race that they are affiliated with and working with to exterminate this human world of its original inhabitants. In such a scenario there might actually exist the so called flying saucers(antigravity propulsion vehicles) that could hold and disperse vast quantities of cyanide or some other toxic gas throughout the atmosphere. It should also be noted that this human-alien race may be immune to cyanide and other toxic agents that would kill humans. This possibility would also "open the door" to the possibility of toxic agents being placed into the water and food supplies.  Another somewhat different possibility is that they will either destroy the planet at some point or even create a blackhole(if they have the technology) to swallow up the earth and trap its inhabitants souls within a black hole prison(note:some black holes have been speculated to be super hot with temperatures of many millions of degrees and may last for more than 10 to the power of 100 years or more--or even forever).  If they do intend to destroy the planet at some point another possibility would be that they could use nuclear weapons or some other "high energy" weapons to knock the earth out of its orbit into a collision with the sun(might be called project STAR SELLER). Due to fact that the sun has more gravity the souls(consciousness carrying vehicles) trapped inside the central core of the earth would then reside inside the sun(a stellar inferno). Although scientists will not admit to it there is a possibility that sun will someday collapse into a blackhole. These are a few possibilities of the future along with possibility that human race will just be slowly killed off over the comings years with their souls residing in the hot and dense central court of the earth thereafter.  Really quick I want to point out that what I have been talking about in this article may also be going on other planets and star systems throughout the galaxy(and possibly beyond) to other benevolent human races or creatures similar to humans and may have happened countless times already on other planets in the past.
  

                 Apparently the human-alien(hybridized race) also has the means to through biological, chemical, and electronic means to make human beings sick. They are engaged in these activities to varying degrees depending on the area and they will probably be engaging in more this activity(and to a greater extent) as time passes. They can target specific individuals and groups as well as make random attacks. They can put chemicals into certain in food products, chemicals in the water supply(or in some cases just to a specific area in a city), they can distribute both chemicals and biological agents through the air via aircraft or exhaust fumes from power plants, and can also use  electronic  radiation devices of various sorts to make  individuals sick.  Symptoms of exposure to these various agents  are sometimes acute, others subacute,  and others are chronic.  Here is a partial list:dizziness, nausea, weakness, high blood pressure, racing heartbeat, chest pain, fever, convulsuions, and sometimes permanent neurological damage, physical handicaps, and death as a result of these agents.

                 Before I finish I want to include a few personal things about myself which pertain to what I have written to you. It  is about false labeling and stereotyping of people who make claims about an extraterrestrial conspiracy here on the earth. It is about the labeling of any such individual as mentally ill--more specifically a person with a condition referred to as schizophrenia. This is done by the psychiatric establishment which is an important aspect of the alien races control over mankind and society. It is not a real disorder and used as an excuse to subjugate, falsely imprison, dehumanize, and torture humans. Specifically those humans who do not willingly accept false belief systems and social rules(concept of god,all humans as one race, following leaders blindly, ect) that are imposed on the human race and are supported and brought into consensus by the massive number of members of the human-alien"race" species of all ages that blend into society along with the regular humans whose attitudes and beliefs they manipulate(often in very complex ways). In the current mental health system the are many human-aliens who pose as mental patients by acting bizarrely and indeed play the role in every way along with the doctors. Then humans who are considered difficult are placed into facilities with these other people where they often undergo horrendous experiences of incarceration, physical abuse, verbal abuse, and forced drugging(with powerful and dangerous substances that are specifically designed to be neurotoxic, and cause physical disabilities. These drugs can also cause life threatening medical conditions. I want to state for the record that I am not mentally ill or brain diseased in anyway. I myself have been imprisoned briefly in these facilities on two different occasions. One was in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1998 and the other was fairly recently in 2004 in California. This recent incarceration occurred at a facility named Hillmont Psychiatric Center. I was there for 15 days and during that time I was treated horribly. I was physically abused and assaulted a number of times throughout my stay there. I was often roughed up when I was being forced injections of Haldol. When I took a shower I was forced to be with a staff member standing there watching me because according to them "so called" schizophrenics don't adequately bathe themselves. Anyway while I would try to shower with soap like alot of people do the staff member would say I  am not doing it the way she wants and start forcibly scrubbing me with this rough washcloth(had a foul smelling detergent on it as well) causing redness, pain, and skin abrasions on the front of my chest. I was also threatened by several other staff members on other occasions to keep my mouth shut about what goes on in the hospital or I would have problems in my life, and warned me that patients have been known to have accidental deaths. In another instance I was refusing to take a pill that I knew was not good for me and the nurse(who was probably about 50 or so and in excellent athletic shape) used brute force to try open my mouth and shove the pill down my throat. I started to choke when she was doing this and she told me I just better be passive and accept this pill. She also told me that if bite her while she was shoving her hands down my mouth that she would kick the living sh*t out of me.  There were other incidents but I wont mention anymore at this time. I do however want to point out that I had no fair legal representation, only a public defender who told I should go along with what they say or I could end up being there alot longer. I found out the next day that the doctor got an order for involuntary medication from the judge who hears cases in private closed door hearings(to protect them). I was not informed as to what time this was and so they told me because I did not show up that the order was automatically passed. From this point on I was forced Haldol injections four times a day along with cogentin each time supposedly for side effects. These drugs made me so sick and they just acted if everything was normal and ok although it was quite clear that they recognized my distress. Among the symptoms I had was akathisia(a state of extreme motor restlessness and internal anxiety), almost unbearable hot flashes across different areas of my body, constipation so bad my bowels would not move at all, extreme difficulty urinating, and high blood pressure. There logic was to treat all these symptoms with more medications including  antihypertensive medication. They tried several different blood pressure medications on me and supposedly(they say that least) by accident gave me two different classes of antihypertensive medication on the same day and my blood pressure dropped really low and I passed out. They put me on my bed weak and very dizzy and let ride out these symptoms without giving me anything to stablize my blood pressure. I said I wanted to go to the hospital emergency room which was right across the street but they refused and it was a locked unit and so I was stuck there fearing for my life. Let it be clear that these people are neither stupid nor incompetent. What they were doing is torture and it these kind of things they do to people who are troublemakers for the human-alien race. After being there for two weeks and being forced these haldol shots as well as another horrible drug called proloixin(sometimes simultaneousy) I was given an alternative. I could either take a long acting haldol shot and return back to my home or I  they would seek to have all of my so called rights to be taken away from me and have me declared incompetent and be granted a state appointed conservator. This is called conservatorship and it would allow the person appointed by the state to make decisions concerning whether I take medications, where I live, how I can use my own money, ect. Now at this point I was really sick(physically) from all these medications they were giving me so they managed to coerce me into signing the legal papers giving them my permission to give a long acting haldol shot. This was a definitely a mistake on my part as my suffereing because of that shot continued for several months and to this day I am still experiencing some adverse neurological effects from this medication injection of haldol. Nearly All people working mental related facilities are alien-humans with there characteristic cruel, violent and malevolent nature. Real human beings do not perpetrate these atrocities on their own kind.

        One last thing  the local police have made several death threats to me in person(face to face with a badge) since the year 2000. They told me to keep my mouth shut about the trash hauls(humans) around the city they were performing.  I am not lying. The police in any city, county, or anywhere is realdangerous organization(human-alien) that routinely silences opposition to the "holocaust" along with human aliens whose superficial roles is that of street criminals and lowlifes, as well as seemingly harmless everday citizens(who are actually of the part human-alien race) such as housewives, deliverymen, priests, store clerks, and may other superficial titles.

                   At this time I am concluding my article but want to note that I have not included everything I know or wanted to say  but I have included enough of the important stuff and may repost later with more info added provided I am able to do so.
