a pointless question as there are mutltiple reports some similar some
differing with possibly almost as many answers as reports some are more
likely than not dreams, some are from fantasy prone individuals, some may be
hidden government testing , some may be cover memories to hide abuse,some
are hoaxes, some small number may be real ,many are possibly some mixture of
the above,no one knows but there has been little in the way of any unbiased
study of the evidence so on the whole it is unanylised data , a mystery if
you will, pointless at this point to even think of answers, as the question
isn't even properly framed yet.
