Filiberto Caponi'instant pictures were published BEFORE in the
newspapers
and spotlighted on television:  --->> THEN (AFTER) those pictures were
confiscated by the judge, --->> because of this confiscation, CUN
could only analyze them visually but not instrumentally.
  
Now if those pictures are an hoax, why the judge do not allow to
analyze those instant pictures instrumenally ?
  
In one hand "YOU" claim that those pictures are alterate<-->in the
other hand you do not allow to analize those pictures instrumentally.
