US Space Command - Global Battlespace Dominance

The US is preparing to establish a new form of military organization,
unlike anything the world has ever seen before. US Space Command is
the capstone of a plan published by the Project for the New American
Century that is designed to establish "Global Battlespace Dominance".
In a matter of years the entire US military will fall under the direct
control of Space Command.
