#1. Revelations 

Are you the kind of person that goes through life not questioning anything? Do you believe anything and everything you read just because it's on TV or in the newspapers? If so, then prepare to be enlightened by simple truths. I don't want you to think that I am a conspiracy nut in that I believe in anything that defies the common belief just because it may be fashionable or indeed "new age" to do so. Indeed I would love all that I read and hear to be true but the facts are being hidden from us everyday so that we may never question our government and our employees.

#2. President John F. Kennedy & UFOs 

Was JFK silenced for knowing too much? 

President John F. Kennedy may have had more than the usual knowledge about UFOs, according to several credible sources. 

Further support for Kennedy's high-level knowledge regarding UFOs came from a former steward aboard Air Force One who told of a cryptic remark by President Kennedy. 

Bill Holden, who also served as loadmaster for Air Force One, traveled with Kennedy to Europe in the summer of 1963. He said a UFO conference in Bonn, Germany, prompted a discussion of the subject aboard the President's plane one morning. 

Holden said he turned to Kennedy and asked, "What do you think about UFOs, Mr. President?" He said Kennedy became quite serious and thought for a moment before replying, "I'd like to tell the public about the alien situation, but my hands are tied."

#3. Russian astronaut saw UFO in spaceship porthole 

The astronaut says he does not believe other astronauts when they say they have never seen anything unusual in space 

Soviet astronaut, USSR Hero Vladimir Kovalenok spent 217 days of his life living in space. The astronaut does not exclude the existence of extraterrestrial civilizations. "When I was working at the Salyut orbital station, I saw something strange in a porthole one day. The object was the size of a finger. I was surprised to see it was an orbiting object,"

Chinese historians and relics experts claim they have discovered pictorial evidence for the study of ancient Chinese sciences and technologies from the frescoes inside the world-renowned Mogao Grottoes of Dunhuang City, in Northwest China's Gansu Province.

11/05/1975 - Travis Walton Abduction
On the 5th November 1975 Mike Rogers and his crew of 6 forestry workers were travelling back in their truck from work to the forest of Heber, Arizona when Alan Dalis, one of the crew members spotted a large glow coming from above a group of trees.

1989-11-04; Canada, Ontario, Carp 
In 1989 one of Bob Oeschler's sources, who called himself 'Guardian', claimed that in a area west of Ottawa a remarkable incident had taken place on 4th November. According to his source an object was tracked on radar over Carp before it fell towards the ground near West Carleton. The area was immediately sealed off and huge helicopters and military units, specially trained to deal with UFO retrievals were flown in. His source also alleged that the aliens themselves were tracked on Radar.

The principal witness, a Mr. Walter Knowles of Mastic Beach, said that he saw the object fall to Earth in a wooded area near South Haven Park along Gerard Road, which borders the western edge of the park.

1994-11-07; USA, Colorado Animal Mutilation
A southern Colorado rancher said Monday he found three of his cows mutilated southwest of Walsenburg. Ermenio Andreatta, who has ranched 45 years in the Middle Creek area 7 miles west of La Veta, discovered the cattle the last week of October. 'There was no struggle at all, like you could see. It just looked like they was dropped,' said Andreatta's wife, Theresa. Andreatta found one cow Oct. 24, a second cow on the 26th and a third on the 27th. The animals had no scratches or wounds that would indicate they struggled with predators. There were no tracks on the ground around them.

On Thursday, November 14, 1996, at 6 p.m., Chuck Shramek, an amateur astronomer from Houston, Texas was observing the Comet Hale-Bopp in his backyard telescope when he spied an anomalous object seemingly near the comet.

We are seeking to bring back the WOTS Award Of Excellence program that was started several years ago by Louise Lowry (the founder of WOTS).  With the huge number of really great web sites available today, It is becoming more difficult to select those sites that deserve recognition for their efforts and excellence.  The goal of this program is to seek out, evaluate and/or judge paranormal related web sites to determine a single monthly web site that will be awarded the prestigious World Of The Strange Award Of Excellence. Be a part of the team that accomplishes this.

#10. Anomalous ground holes appear in the Russian province 

Ufologists suppose, aliens land on Earth to take ground samples 

One morning shepherd Pyotr Malinkin took his cows out to the pasture as usual. Having gone five kilometers into the field the man was shocked to find a huge hole in the ground six meters in diameter. The pit was not on the spot the day before, it appeared overnight. The shepherd said the animals were scared to approach the hole, they did not eat the grass nearby. Specialists of the Labyrinth public group to study anomalous phenomena went to examine the wonder in the field.

Halloween Marks Death of Magician Who Said He Would Speak From the Grave 
October 31st is not only Halloween but also the 78th anniversary of the death of Harry Houdini. Houdini, one of the greatest magicians and showmen who ever lived, died on October 31, 1926 in Detroit of peritonitis due to a ruptured appendix. Famous in life, Houdini is even more famous in death because of his pledge to find a way to communicate from the grave.
