continually mocked and harrassed) so the moment an aggressor
complains about how the 'natives' think they are somehow
superior he reveals feelings of inferiority.

Translation: I can't backup the wild assertions I make, and when asked to
back up my claims I fall belly up and claim: VICTIM.
