organization of the energy that is not random. It has veins and passage

already there. Cut off a finger, or part of a leaf, and put the hand or
leaf
in the electric fields, and the carona discharge still shows the same
thing
in the region of the missing part. The electric fields are illuminating
another energy that is already there, -the chi or psychotronic energy.

You raise a lot of points that I don't have the time (or stamina) to
discuss
in detail but, cutting to the core you seem to be saying that ufos
(presumably
meaning the ostensible alien ones) have as their drive system some kind
of, as yet unrecognized by contemporary science, power source and which
you have chosen to name "psychotronic"?
I don't have a problem with that, if worded in such a manner, but why
address Kirlian type corona discharges as the source of your
psychotronic energy?
The Czechoslavakians named it psychotronic energy. In the book PSYCHIC
DISCOVERIES BEHIND THE IRON CURTAIN, the physicists investigating this
energy first found it in the human aura, using kirlian photography. I was
looking for any energy in science that could explain the effects that
UFOs
produce, and this is the only energy I found that can do that. One energy
that can cause all of the different effects UFOs cause.
That sounds like a reasonable conclusion and I wish you every success
if you intend to pursue that line of inquiry.
But it might be worth noting that (in psychical research) large scale
psychokinetic effects have been observed to occur almost always
without deliberate intent. Attempting to will an 'event' to occur usually
fails and if it does occur on cue the law of probability suggests it is
coincidence.
That is not to say that PK is divorced from mental processes.
I have never heard of a case of apport, poltergeist, movement of
objects at a distance, etc. that did not involve a human to generate
it or observe it. If there is, hidden in the depths of the human brain,
a means of harnessing psychokinetic force I'm afraid (AFAIK at
this moment in time) no scientist has discovered it. Your ideas
about psychotronic energy are as good as anyone elses so,
go for it.

placed physics instrumentation around psychics that were trying to move
objects with their minds. The Instrumentation recorded varying and pulsating
electric and magnetic fields which they believe was generated by the Aura
energy of those psychics.

In what unit are those hoaxfields measured?
