The nervous system is part of the physical body, so it can't be a link
between the mind and the body. The mental energy (or chi or psychotronic
energy) directly controlled by your will
generates or controls the electrical fields that cause the electrical
impulses in the nerves, which in turn cause changes in the muscles.
Utter bullshit. The mind *is* the nervous system, period. There is zero
evidence of anything else at work.
That is also bullshit. There is no evidence, unless you can cite me
some to prove me and researcher wrong, that the 'mind' is an
integral part of the nervous system. And before you waste any time
googling for it do be sure you understand that we are talking about
'mind' and not physical neural function - even that is arguably NOT
part of a nervous system since "nervous system" refers to the body's
signal transmission mechanism and not to the brain that initiates
those signals.
According to philosophy the mind is the id - the essential 'I' - the
part of you that has awareness of emotion and feelings, that
cognizes and interprets what you see and hear. That decides
whether or not to go to work today or sit home and write poetry -
that is the part of *you* that we are talking about.
...You have taken a hard left turn into
the realm of mysticism. You can quit calling yourself "researcher" now
since at this point its obvious you aren't, haven't, and don't even know
how.
You are not thinking straight: even someone who researches
mysticism is logically a researcher.
