Did it explode midair and not hit the ground at all?
Where is the debris??
What happened?

Well, now the media is reporting that the sound was caused by military
Sukhoi fighter plane when the pilot flew the plane with supersonic
speed. It was sonic boom and the fire which villagers saw was due to
fuel burn by sukhoi plane.

I am puzzled, can sonic boom shake the earth

Probably not, but unburnt fuel 'exploding' can, as it is effectively exploding in mid-air while it falls to the ground.

and can it be so loud to
be heard in around 50 Km radius?

Oh yes, quite easily.  At that speed the boom 'follows' the aircraft for quite a long way.
