How is it possible that in a country so dense in population that

Did it explode midair and not hit the ground at all?
Where is the debris??
What happened?

Well, now the media is reporting that the sound was caused by
military
Sukhoi fighter plane when the pilot flew the plane with supersonic
speed. It was sonic boom and the fire which villagers saw was due
to
fuel burn by sukhoi plane.

I am puzzled, can sonic boom shake the earth

Probably not, but unburnt fuel 'exploding' can, as it is effectively
exploding in mid-air while it falls to the ground.

I think if plane is flying near enough to ground, shockwaves can cause
ground to shake to some degree in just near few meters vicinity.

and can it be so loud to
be heard in around 50 Km radius?

Oh yes, quite easily. At that speed the boom 'follows' the aircraft
for
quite a long way.

It is not allowed to fly planes with supersonic speed at low altitudes
over populated area. I think, the pilot was in mood of doing a joke.
What else we can say?
