Is there any reason specific why Jesus and these aliens he claims to have
contact with can't or wont fix his arm?

I am slowly going through/listening to the Billy Meier UFO Contact Notes,
as told by Randolph Winters, the recordings were made in 1992 based upon
Billy Meier's actual Contact Notes. There are 16 tapes of 90 minute length.
There is a great deal of information in this - I am currently about 1/2
way through.

Meier never makes the claim to be the reincarnation of Jesus, etc.
Other people have seen Semjase's craft.

A great deal of the information revealed - is that from his source -
ie. the pleiadians/plejarens. There is a guide about meditation which is
from Meier. Meier does have mental and psychic abilities - can outdo Geller.
Geller is unsure what he is doing himself and how it works, etc.
The plejarens explain about it, what Geller was doing...

You should read through or listen to the audio tapes yourself, if you
are interested -- to check out the source material yourself.

Billy Meier is the UFO contact to read about, etc.
He is the prophet of our time, just as Edgar Cayce was a prophet of his time.
No other UFO contact compares to the experiences that Billy Meier has gone
through.
Billy Meier never made any claims about being the reincarnation of Jesus,
nor is Billy the messiah, or whatever for the second coming, etc.
He does however present material which clears up who Jesus was? And what
was Jesus's original teachings - which was lost to the world.
Early christianity did not teach what Jesus talked about and taught.

It is not so much the deceptive nature of the UFO phenomena - but the
deceptive nature of man (and governments etc) - of people in 'official'
positions who have kept the UFO phenomena secret. And made all manner of
excuses to keep it secret from the public.
