Not so much a gem - but different in our queer way.

eg.
Apparently all life on earth was very different - then some catastrophe
changed all that - the great flood.
That humans had 1000 year lifetimes, seas were not on our planet at that
time - but with the great change, our lifespans dropped to 10%, as too
all other lifeforms too, had their lifespans reduced.

That is what makes 'us' peculiar to space visitors. How life changed
drastically here.

Also - religion is very different here, unique in the universe.
How 3 major world religions are based upon 'crap' and 'misinterpretations' 
etc. No where else in the universe, has religion been so twisted,
and false.
