Bush wants to "go back" because he wants to look like a big man and
can't stand the idea of a Communist country's astronauts traisping
(sp?) all over "our" moon.

IIRC, China is now the world largest employer of aero space tech.

I'm sure that's true, but it doesn't matter. We're talking "Bush" who
runs the country based on his gut instinct. I'm betting he's sitting
there thinking; "We can't let them Commies get a toehold on 'our' Moon!"
