Hi --

I recall reading about the following on the web, unfortunately i'm no longer
able to recall exactly where and am hoping that others here can fill me in on
the details - or let me know if this was a hoax.

The scenario is as follows, someone claiming to be Colonel for the US Army/Air
Force approaches a UFO investigation organisation and/or places a small advert
in a paranormal magazine stating that there'll be a presentation of some sort
on the UFO phenomenome.  A few people go along, and are told various things -
including the fact that the government has known about UFOs for a long while,
and that the denizens of UFOs have been present through the recent history of
mankind.  As evidence of the latter a number of pictures of historical events
are shown - one of which purports to show Jesus and his disciples.  The story
ends with the usual tale of disappearance on the part of the Colonel.  The
speculation on the page centred around the 'test the water' explanation.
