The map of "the Creator"

A find of Bashkir scientists contraries to traditional notions of
human history: stone slab which is 120 million years covered with
the relief map of Ural Region.

Nice story and it would be nice to think it was true, except I don't
think the Urals actually existed 120 million years ago. AFAIK there
was only one continent in them days and the Urals were formed when
the European and Asian plates collided. So if it really were 120
million years old it is unlikely they would be able to recognise the
area. Unfortunately this suggests the story is a total fabrication.

oh damn u take all the fun out

Yes I suppose I did a bit. Still there are plenty of genuine mysteries
about, without there being a need for hoaxes. Of course it's possible the
figure of 120 million should have read 120 thousand years which would be
just as remarkable and more likely to be true :)
