If you wish to argue that aliens, like Christ, believe their

Well I dare say if they are anything like us they would feel their
mission to be Godly, after all you can't believe yourself to be
made in the image of God without feeling one has a certain
monopoly on Godhood and God given rights. That said if they are
aware that the Universe is teaming with intelligent sentient life
which one might suppose to be the case if they travel about in
interstellar space One might assume they have greater humility in
relation to how they behave and be less inclined to interfere in
other Worlds.
Sensible, quite sensible.
Which I guess is the main problem. I suppose if they did reveal
themselves to ordinary people, people would start worshiping them
as Gods. I don't suppose they would want that.
Wouldn't seem to make sense to hide out for <fillin> years when they
could have been very GodLike in <fillin any previous date>
Well I suppose that may have already happened. Considering the
Virgin birth is actually possible with such things as artificial
insemination, and even cloning, some Biblical miracles such as John
the Baptist being referred to as Elijah and the the Virgin Birth
itself are quite explainable in Earthly scientific terms. Whether
these things suggest alien intervention is a matter of conjecture,
but it's certainly one interpretation.
There are also stories of Angels or ET beings being involved in the
religions in other cultures.
So it certainly appears they may have already tried that one, and
noted the consequences are not always entirely desirable. :)
However I think at this point in Human development the results may be
somewhat different, but direct alien contact would certainly have a
profound and far reaching effect on certain power structures that
exist on Earth at present. However I think the belief in God or at
least the awareness that we really are part of something BIGGER
would be consolidated and proven and I think that would change the
face of religion. Religion would be a more personal and individual
experience and less organised into power structures.
I think the real message that any ET would want to impart to
humanity is that we are all aspects or children of God as
individual parts of the life-force in the Universe and we need to
take on that responsibility instead of hiding behind organised
religions as a way of hiding from the responsibility for our
individual actions. Which I think is what Christ is basically
saying once you cut through all the nonsense imposed on the
Gospels by manipulative people seeking to control access to God in
order to manipulate, control and wield power over their fellow men.
It's nice to have a conversation with someone who isn't a first
class koo koo.
:) Well I think it's far more possible to question things in a
rational way these days without being considered mad. That's
probably because of the Internet which is a sort of Tree of
Knowledge in itself and I think it has a profound effect on Human
development as all forms of communication have throughout history.
Whether this makes us ready for contact with ET civilisations is
perhaps debatable, but there certainly a number of prophesies that
indicate we are living in interesting times :) --

Christianity as it is known today, does not contain the teachings of
the person that came to be known as 'Jesus'.
See
www.tjresearch.info
or more specifically, follow up anything you can about the
Talmud Jmmanuel text.
It should be noted that Judaism, Christianity and Islam are not
accurate in what they teach or preach.
These are simply power structures designed to control the public,
for those religions.
The concept of 'God' according to the Billy Meier material
is that, there was an ET giant, who called himself 'God' and appeared
to be like one, to the earth humans, this entity lived for thousands
of years. Likewise with his son, who continued the deception.
Perhaps this does explain the different names for 'God'?
Also what 'Jeus'/Jmmanuel taught, was not about 'God' at all, but The
Creation. He taught self responsibility and about being in touch with
The Creation, which we are all part of.

Yes I'd pretty much go along with that. Of course it largely implies
organised religion is a hoax. Which bearing in mind the power structure of
nations has been established around religions it not surprising there seems
to be some reluctance to accept evidence that points in that direction. Such
as life on other planets. I mean if intelligent life exists obviously as you
point out it present the possibility that God and Jesus were aliens, it also
knocks the idea that Jesus died once to save sinners firmly on the head. I
mean what about all the other sinners on other planets? I mean he must be
getting pretty fed up with all the death burials and resurrections on every
earth like planet in the entire universe, and how many Sons of God are
there? LOL
That said the real message of Christ is we are all children (or aspects) of
God and his message was never meant to be used as a way to monopolise access
to God in order to control, manipulate and subjugate people, that's the big
lie, and all organised religion when it seeks to monopolise access to God
and take away a person's birthright is nothing more than an evil abuse of
power.
