well,if they are so interested in people and the earth,they find a wealth of
info in washington.
the political system for instance,the pentagon,lots of people to examine,and
brainwash or implant stuff.
but no,always on remote places people see "things" or get kidnapt.
the bigger the miracle,the lesser the number of people watching it
