After many hours and a half decade of research, I finally have come to
a conclusion based on some undeniable evidence. Unfortunatley, it is
not what i was hoping. No ET.

It is simply an experimental craft, a lighter than air dirigible, a
blimp with the same radar evading signatures of a stealth aircraft,
ultra mufflered propulsion system.

A tremendous tool for near target surveilance, of course with the
lighting turned off. Flying over Phonex was simply a way to get a
baseline on the reaction to a silently hovering craft. It was aslo
probably baselined flying with no lighting but was simply not noticed.
