As far as I can see, that's an untenable position.
It's a tough one for certain, yet that thought makes it somehow easier to
swallow the human predicament than by placing my any faith in the two
rather opposing alternatives.
Either humans (and other species) came from other species by a process
of gradual change (evolution) or they were created as they now exist
(creationism).
Whether you believe that happened on Earth or on some other planet
(or even in some other dimension) has no relevance to this particular
dichotomy. Unless you'd like to elucidate further on what you *do*
believe?
I'm bowing out of the athiest group... so if you follow this, perhaps we'll
continue elsewhere.
