The math may be slightly off, because math is not one of my favorite
things, but basically the velocity of light, is also a frequency
differential, as described;

The formula E = MC² means simply that the quantity of energy (measured
in ergs) which is inherent in each gram of mass, is equal to the square
of the quantity C.
The quantity C is defined as being the velocity of light (in centimeters
per second) which is equal to 3 multiplied by the tenth power of ten.
(3x10^10)
The square of this number ( c² ) is of course equal to 9 multiplied by
the twentieth power of ten, (9x10^20) or an amount of energy equal to
about 25,000,000 Horse Power Hours per gram of mass so converted.
Since an ordinary penny weighs al-most three grams, its conversion into
pure energy would result in the release of about Seventy-Five Million
Horse Power Hours of equivalent energy.
Our present laws of physics state that the energy level upon which an
electron, a photon, or other particle exists is proportionate to its
frequency.
The mathematical rule is E equals Fh where E is the energy. F is the
frequency and h is a factor called Planck's constant.

We can now see that a frequency ( differential )
equal to the velocity of light ( an energy differential ), derived by
the just mentioned formula is equal to 9 x 10 ^ 20 ergs / g, and is in
fact c² (with 10^-7 J / erg and 10^ -3 kg / g ).
When such a frequency differential exists between the observer and the
point which he is observing, we find that the natural parameters of
3-dimensions at the observed point reach zero density value with respect
to the observer.
If the frequency differential exceeds the light differential, or
manifestation, the actions within the parameters of 3-dimensions, and
the polarity of gravity / levity will become a negative density.
A material object such as an Oblated Sphere-roid Space Craft upon or
near the surface of the Earth would cease to exist as matter, become
invisible, yet tangible, and would enter the plane of energy in so far
as the observer on Earth was concerned,
However, an observer upon or within the object, whose frequency
(differential) or energy level had been raised to the same degree as
that of the craft, would be unable to detect any change
