After studying the UFO phenomenon through newspaper and U.S. Air Force
reports. [Dr.] Carl Jung paraphrased Edward J. Ruppelt, the head of the
Air Force's UFO investigation: "Something is seen, but one doesn't know
what."

Mysteries have always appeared in the sky.  Whether these are real
objects, misapprehended natural phenomena, [alt dot] alien [dot]
visitors, or angelic hosts, they have been seen and recorded throughout
history.  The Bible, for example, brings us the cryptic account of
Ezekiel's Wheel (Ezekiel [Ezeki-EL] 10:10) and the tale of the
Is-RA-EL-ites being led by a cloud by day and a pillar of fyre by night
(Numbers 9:15).

The ancient Romans wrote about seeing "phantom chariots" in the
heavens.  In 1566 Samuel Coccius, a student in Basel, reported that
"many large black globes were seen in the air, moving before the sun at
great speed and turning against each other as if fighting.  Some of
them became red and fiery [Note: not Peaceful and BLUE  -B:.B:.] and
afterwards faded and went out."

Closer to our own tyme was the Great Airship Mystery, which swept the
United States in 1896 and 1897.  Thousands of people across twenty
states saw large, cigar-shaped ships in the air, powered by motors that
drove air screws, propellers or wing-like sails.  Witnesses
emphatically denied that what they saw were conventional hot-air
balloons or gliders.

On other occasions ships were seen to be signalling to each other with
colored lights.  The airships were reported to be moving at speeds from
five miles per hour to two hundred miles per hour.  From some ships
"sweet strains of music*" could be heard while others reported hearing
the sounds of machinery or voices**.

admittedly extensive field research with methamphetamine and the
altered states [i.e. profoundly magickal states] made available through
ingestion of copious amounts of the magickal elixir, coupled with the
associated consciousness alteration due to extended sleep and
nutritional deprivation, there remain yet a large number of ignorant
neophytes, blasphemous infidels and despicable heretics who will insist
-- no doubt till their dying day! -- that the hearing of such "voices"
is a clear indication that one should, and I quote now with a voice
dripping with disdain and sarcasm, "get off the shit and back on their
meds."
