Ted Owens (1920-1987) was a famous UFO psychic
who could predict and even control HURRICANES.

Not really. Hurricane season came every year he was alive, struck some 
places and spared others, just like before he was born, and after he died.
Unless you're going to claim that he could have prevented hurricanes and 
didn't.

As a youth Ted Owens suffered HORRIFIC head injuries
on several occasions.
Despite these Ted developed an extremely high IQ,
became a member of MENSA, the high IQ society,
and mastered many trades and talents.

So he claimed. But, remember, he also claimed to control hurricanes and 
talk to "mental insects".

Later in life Ted was exposed to a UFO (Alien Flying Object)
and soon began to have visual intuitional conversations
in his brain and mind with EXTREMELY Advanced Beings called
Space Intelligences (SI's)
Who looked like mental Insects or had NO Image !

Head injuries leading to vivid hallucinations?
Sounds about right.

SI's told Ted They had caused his head injuries
earlier in life so his brain could have effective
two-way communication with Them and that he
was the first person since the Biblical hero Prophet Moses
(Musa in Arabik and Moshe in Yiddish)
to have such a gift.

Oh, wonderful friends, these "SI" creeps. They couldn't just give him a 
cell phone, no, they had to cause horrific brain injuries! Some "gift"! The 
religious delusions sound like classic temporal lobe epilepsy.

Over many years Ted had regular repeatable
contacts with SI's and could accurately
predict and control many events such as
HURRICANES[1] and UFO materialisations[2].

Ted and SI's teamed together to
force the US to end the Big Money US/USSR/Vietnam War
reduce pollution
become more Open-Minded and Nature friendly.

What an overblown ego! Never mind all the anti-war protesters, never mind 
all the pollution control laws, never mind all the environmentalist, no, 
Ted and his imaginary SI friends did it all!

Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove, the only holder
of a doctorate in parapsychology from an
accredited university in the US,
(University of Berkeley, California)
wrote a book about Ted and SI's:

Hurricanes have been occuring regularly throughout recorded history. To be 
sure, 2004 and 2005 are above average, but within the normal range of 
hurricane season variations.

[2] Also Ted could accurately predict or even CAUSE
EARTHQUAKES, tornadoes, snow, rainfall, drought,
lightning, UFO Apeman visitations, etc.

He could "cause" them? sounds like grounds for a really big lawsuit!
And just how many Apeman visitations did he manage to cause?

Notably, Ted also predicted that SI's
would cause the Space Shuttle "Challenger" to explode in January 1986.

How come we didn't hear about it BEFORE the launch? Either (a) Ted 
"predicted" the event after it happened, or (b) Ted predicted a disaster 
for darn near every shuttle launch until he finally got lucky.

(Perhaps the Big Money Humans ruling over the US
were up to something and SI's wanted to send a message
to them to prevent some horrible Human inflicted event,
such as "War for Oil" or "War for Profit" from happening.)

Really vile characters, these imaginary "SI" types - first causing horrific 
head injuries to poor masochist Ted, then causing even more horrific 
disasters and killing people. As for "preventing War for Oil or War for 
Profit", well, all their horrible murderous disasters didn't change a 
thing.
