Never seen these diagrams before. Are they genuine? Are the claims genuine?
One thing about the design worries me. How do they prevent the rotation
of the cabin? The rockets on the "vanes" produce a lot of angular
momentum. The housing for the vane arms would have to sit on ball
bearings or something, but rotation will be transferred to the cabin so
counter force will be needed to prevent rotation. Hmm, although the
thing as a whole would be horizontally stable the cabin may have a
problem in orientation. In fact not only would the cabin have problems,
because the rotating vanes are trying to make the cabin rotate with
them, but also the vehicle cannot tilt. Any attempt to tilt the craft
will cause it to precess. Speed? I don't think it would be all that
stable, since the horizontal force rockets are situated on the cabin
which has low friction with the rest of the vehicle and no stabilising
rudder.
These are just first impressions.
